We start by working to understand your business and departments philosophies by meeting/speaking with you and members of your organization. The resulting interactive process will allow survey team to properly identify and address the objectives of mapping.

We’ll discuss types of organizations you want in your survey sample, along with the data elements you’ll need to address your objectives.

We have extensive experience in mapping a wide range of components, such as designations, experience, education, reporting lines, salaries, salary ranges, annual bonuses, commissions and other sales incentives, a variety of other short-term incentives, long-term incentives, benefits, perquisites, starting salaries, hiring bonuses, and any number of policies and practices.

A team of experienced consultants would conduct primary and secondary research using online, offline, proprietary datasets combined with our experience, skills and established methodology.

We would network across a range of individuals within these companies to not only understand the deeper structure and how certain functions interacted strategically on a country, regional, and global scale.

Every piece of data on every response would be thoroughly reviewed using maker-checker technique to do due diligence on any discrepancies in the data. Only after each data point is fully verified it became part of the database.

Time Taken : 3 – 4 weeks

Deduction

In all we would attempt to identify 100s of data points, and Deduction would encompasses in transforming the raw data and information collected into a report, interpreting the data as a whole and on the basis of individual competitors.

We would submit a complete thorough report covering scope of the survey.
